I do not care how many people you know, you will never be able to run enough numbers with your warm market. In order to build a large network marketing organization you have to be able to get your message in front of as many people as possible in order for the numbers to play out. When was the last time you showed 50 plans in one day everyday?
The reason why I ask this question is due to the fact that no matter how many great marketing strategies you have, consistency of action is what drives most of the entire business. And you can not have consistency of action when you are dealing in the very small amount of people that make up your warm market prospects.
As a rule of thumb you have to market your business at least every week! And on top of this you have to give your business the time it needs to develop. It is important to realize that success in online network marketing comes from keeping a constant stream of leads coming in and reviewing what your business or product has to offer.
You can not receive those daily and weekly signups into your business until you develop a sufficient stream of traffic and visitors to your website. People have to know your business exists in order to buy from you or sign up as a referral! This is one of the main things that many new marketers do not seem to understand when they are trying to build a business from scratch.
Many times new marketers fail to execute this important piece of the puzzle and as a result they fail to earn money while online because they just do not know how to recruit successfully and they do not know where to recruit. On top of this when they try to find out from their sponsor they do not get any answer or they have an upline that is just as clueless as they are on this issue.
One of the best things that you could give to your downline to help those in your business who lack the know how to market effectively (which will be most of them) is a fully laid out proven marketing plan and success system that tells them where to Market each and every week and what techniques to use in order to bring in new leads and establish persistent streams of free and paid traffic coming in to their websites that will last for a lifetime!
When it comes down to support I can assure you that I make it a point to be available to each and every one of my downline members either by telephone, email, or skype in order to answer questions and help them through whatever difficulties they may be Having. Any person that's serious about making real money is consistent about supporting and training new affiliates that have signed up in their business.
How could you honestly hope to get good replication from the new people you bring into your business if you do not make a strong point in offering good quality support to them especially in the early stages of their business development. There's no better way to let them know how serious an opportunity they have to make some real money then to give them extremely consistent support and a very simple, effective and well laid out marketing plan that they can execute each and every week.
It's critical to be very thorough in the areas that I have discussed above because your downline is a mirror of you! If you give them the things that I have mentioned above then they will in all likelihood be just as diligent and consistent with the new members that they will bring into your team as well. When you create this type of mindset through your entire team, this is when you will begin to see a productive and growing downline. This is what helps to end the culture of new marketers who fail to earn while online!
